WHAT’S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, you will have the ability to track your package on the corresponding shipping carrier’s website.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests.
WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Yes, you should receive a confirmation email and order number as soon as you place an order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact email@example.com with any questions.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT IS DEFECTIVE OR NOT WHAT I ORDERED?
We try our best to ensure our products are of a high quality, and that the correct items are in the box before they leave the warehouse. However, if you happen to receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item in your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the following information and we will let you know what happens next:

2. What’s wrong? Let us know what the problem is

WHERE DOES MILLENNY DELIVER?
We provide free international shipping on all orders over $100. International shipping (outside of China) times vary depending on region and take between 6-8 working days. Orders will leave our warehouse within 48 hours excluding weekends and holiday. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped. Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside of China. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
DUTIES & TAXES
We want to make concerns about duties and taxes a thing of the past and we’ve worked hard to make this a reality. For the most part, duties and taxes are accommodated in the cost of your order.
US and Singapore – we cover all customs and import duties for orders valued at up to US$800/SG$400. You will be responsible for any customs and import duties for orders over US$800/SG$400.
The following countries will need to settle duties and taxes as per the individual customs regulations:
EU Member Countries
The customer will be responsible for all taxes, tariffs, and duties on international shipments. Unfortunately, we have no control over these government charges and can not provide you with the exact number of what the cost of import would be, as customs’ policies and import duties are different for each country. You can, however, get an estimate of the charges to expect by visiting Duty Calculator websites. We also recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you place your order. MILLENNY cannot refund any import fees on international returns.
CAN YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
MILLENNY can’t ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a valid street address. A change of address will result in a correction charge, levied by the delivery provider. Your delivery may be delayed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return your MILLENNY unused product within 14 days of receiving your original order for full priced items, or 7 days for sale or discounted items. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase. Returns will be charged the return shipping cost (Please note, the returned product need to be shipped to Hong Kong), and the customer will be refunded for the merchandise, but not the duties or taxes. All returned products must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and, whenever possible, packaged in the original boxes in order to ensure a full credit. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
We’re sorry it didn’t work out. To begin a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order # in the Subject line and reason for return. We’ll respond promptly with next steps to manage your return.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY MILLENNY BAG?
To clean your bag we recommend using a leather cleaner, which can be purchased at a drug store or cobbler. Apply the conditioner to a soft dry cloth and gently rub in a circular motion. Be sure to test products before applying to the whole bag. If you’d rather leave it to the professionals, a cobbler or other leather professional can deep clean your bag.
Avoid contact with water, grease, perfume, makeup etc. Should your bag get wet or come into contact with any of these substances gently dab with a dry, lightly coloured absorbent cloth.
Avoid contact with coarse or abrasive surfaces. If scratches occur most can be reduced by gently massaging with fingertips as the warmth brings natural oils to the surface causing them to disappear.
Keep out of extreme heat and minimise exposure to direct light.
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Always store upright and in a dust bag. Never store in a plastic bag as the leather will sweat.
